Hi Nancy, Happy Spring to you too! The vet was amazed at Max and Mia and how healthy they are. Their bloodwork came back great! They will be 13 years old the end of May. The vet remarked that Max was doing remarkably well considering what he has been through with his spinal injury. Max truly is amazing, he keeps up with Monte who recently turned 3. They play and chase each other like puppies. I think Max’s back is responding very well. It’s fascinating to watch his progress every day! BACKSTORY: The owners’ believe Max fell from the grooming table while under the care of a local groomer. His spine was injured and his hind legs were paralyzed.
