On both hands below the thumb just above where the hand connects to the wrist can be painful if I’ve been using my hands a lot. So one night after doing a lot of stuff with my hands, I put Mighty RELIEF on both hands and also on my lower back which tends to get tight and stiff. The next morning my thumbs were not sore.
