Years ago in Texas, I was calling on a senior care home to consider my product for staff and residents. I had an appointment with the owner and his wife. I could tell from previous phone calls that he was not a believer in natural rubs. 

After shaking his hand and thanking him for his time, I scanned his office seeing countless golf pictures of awards, trophies, and memorabilia.
